(2) Online registration

2. The application materials include:

(3) Qualification examination
The employer shall examine and confirm the candidates' registration qualifications in strict accordance with the announcement and post qualification conditions. It mainly examines the ID card, education background, degree certificate, qualification certificate provided by the applicant, and the educational background involved in the employment information. Qualification examination runs through the whole process of employment. Once it is found that the candidate does not meet the requirements of the post or is fraudulent, the candidate's examination and qualification will be cancelled immediately.
(4) Review and signing
1. Examination time, place and related requirements. Participants in the examination shall be subject to the telephone notification of the employer, and the specific examination time, place and related requirements shall be notified separately by the employer. Candidates who are informed to take the exam need to bring their ID cards to the designated place to take the exam.
2. Examination methods. The examination takes the form of written examination, interview or professional skill test. The examination content focuses on professional knowledge and reflects the characteristics of job responsibilities, and reflects the requirements for the qualifications of the selected personnel. The full score of the exam is 100, and the passing score is 60. Candidates who fail to reach the qualified score line cannot be hired.
According to the order of test scores from high to low, the contracted personnel are determined according to the ratio of employment plan 1: 1, and the employment agreement for graduates is signed with the employer.
(5) Physical examination and inspection
The physical examination work is organized by the employer in the hospital with civil service examination and open recruitment experience. The physical examination shall be carried out according to the Notice on Amending the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and the Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa 16). The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves. If the applicant has doubts about the conclusion of the medical examination and requests re-examination, he may submit it in writing within 7 days after receiving the conclusion of the medical examination. Re-examination can only be conducted once, and the physical examination results shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion.
Those who pass the physical examination are identified as the personnel to be inspected, and the competent department shall, jointly with the employing unit, conduct on-the-spot inspection on the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of the personnel to be inspected, and review the qualifications of the personnel to be inspected. If it is found that it does not meet the employment conditions during the inspection, its employment qualification will be cancelled, and the conclusion and basis will be clearly informed to the inspected personnel. Those who pass the inspection are determined to be employed.
(6) Publicity and employment
The information of the personnel to be hired will be published on the official website of Dandong Human Resources and Social Security Bureau () and the official website of the competent department (or employer) for 7 working days.
After the publicity, the personnel who have no doubt about the publicity shall go through the filing formalities. If there is any doubt about publicity, the employer shall investigate and verify it and make suggestions. The employed personnel shall implement the probation system according to the regulations (probation period 12 months). The probation period is included in the labor contract.
