hereinafter referred to as "persons who must return to work in the province".

II. Procedures

About the first three categories of personnel

1. Those who have returned to Zhangzhou must truthfully fill out the Application Form for Returning to Zhangzhou for Foreigners, and report it to the destination village for preliminary examination through the Internet, fax, etc., and then report it to the town for review. Towns that pass the examination and approval shall be submitted to the county prevention and control headquarters for examination and approval, and the approved application form shall be sent to the applicant through the internet, fax, etc. The applicant shall return to Zhang with the health certificate of the place of departure or the green health code according to the approved time.

2. People leaving Zhangzhang must apply for "three certificates":

The provincial headquarters will transfer the list of returned personnel to the municipal prevention and control headquarters of the current residence of the returned personnel, and the municipal prevention and control headquarters will turn to the county headquarters of the current residence. The county headquarters of the current place of residence issues a health certificate that the personnel who have to return to work have been isolated for over 14 days, and transfers the health certificate to the county administrative service center, which reports the health certificate to the municipal administrative service center, and the municipal administrative service center reports it to the provincial administrative office, which issues a "green code" to the eligible personnel to the mobile phone terminal of the personnel who have to return to work.

IV. Relevant requirements
