Article 131 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law violates the provisions of this law. If the provider of the third-party platform for online food trading fails to register the online food business operators with their real names, examine and approve them, or fails to perform the obligations of reporting and stopping providing online trading platform services, the food safety supervision and administration department of the people's government at or above the county level shall order it to make corrections and confiscate the illegal income.
