The leaders of the 12th acceptance inspection team of Youth Civilization came to our company to check the completion of the work of creating Youth Civilization in 20 14. This is a concern and support for our youth work. The following is my report on the team's creation of "Youth Civilization" last year:
Our team was established on February 20 14, 14, mainly engaged in mine power supply, electrical equipment maintenance, fault handling and electrical equipment installation. The team currently has 14 employees, with an average age of 32, including employees under 35 10, accounting for 70% of the total number of employees. In accordance with the purpose of "taking root in mines and serving enterprises" and aiming at creating "first-class management, first-class service and first-class performance", we will actively carry out the activities of creating "Youth Civilization" and put an end to illegal activities throughout the year.
First, strengthen ideological education and constantly enhance creative consciousness.
In the process of creating the "Youth Civilization", our team took the opportunity of learning advanced team management methods, paid attention to the ideological education of team members, fully mobilized everyone's work enthusiasm, and inspired everyone's sense of responsibility for quality service and striving for Excellence. Focusing on the concept of "quality assurance, safety and efficiency", we tried to cultivate employees' love for the post by using various forms such as pre-class meeting, one topic a day and experience exchange.

In spare time, in combination with the requirements of the production team in the creation of the Youth Civilization, under the unified deployment of the company's Youth Civilization Leading Group, organize all employees to learn the creation requirements, business knowledge and safety knowledge, guide the team members by learning from advanced figures, unify their thinking in mutual discussion and exchange, improve their awareness of creation, and integrate into the practical work of "Youth Civilization Service Construction". In order to further improve the service production capacity and create high-quality service, the "responsibility tracking" system is formulated to track the quality of maintenance equipment, regularly understand the family situation and ideological trends of shift employees, and report to the company's leadership team, work area and relevant departments to solve problems for everyone and let employees feel the warmth of the group.
