The following rules can be formulated for finishing:
1. Waste products and scraps in the workshop will be treated on the same day, put into storage or removed from the site.
2. The repaired products produced by the team shall be repaired in time and stored in the team for no more than two days to avoid confusion between the defective products and the qualified products.
3. The products returned by users should be handled in time. If there is no time to handle them temporarily, they should be stored in a temporary warehouse and not piled up at the production site.
4. The packaging of foreign products shall be removed in time, and the goods shall be neatly stacked. Too many (packaged) outsourced products cannot be piled up on the job site.
5. Qualified parts and products shall be put into storage in time after being confirmed by inspectors, and shall not be stored in the team for more than one day.
6. Scrapped jigs, measuring tools, machinery and equipment shall be evacuated from the site and stored at the designated place.
7. The parts and materials used for more than two days shall not be collected when picking, and unnecessary materials and parts are not allowed to be stored in the workshop.
8. Work garbage (waste packaging boxes, waste packaging boxes, waste plastic bags) and domestic garbage shall be cleared to the bathroom in time.
9. Personal articles for daily use (food, tableware, bags, cosmetics, towels, sanitary articles, books and newspapers, clothes and shoes) in the windowsill, equipment, workbench and turnover box shall be removed from the site.

Put the necessary articles left on the site after sorting in different categories and arrange them neatly. The storage of articles should be fixed-point, constant-volume, quantitative and effectively marked, so as to obtain the required articles with the fastest speed and complete the operation under the most effective rules and regulations and workflow.
The following rules can be formulated for rectification:

2. The workshop classifies and numbers all kinds of equipment, tooling and appliances.

3. Cleaning:
Clean the workplace, so that the production site is always in a clean and tidy state without garbage and dust. When the equipment is abnormal, repair it immediately to make it return to normal. Eliminate the spoils and keep the workplace clean and bright, because the messy scene will reduce the accuracy of the equipment, increase the failure rate and affect the product quality. Dirty working environment will also affect employees' working mood and reduce work efficiency.
The following rules can be formulated for cleaning:
1. The workshop establishes the workshop group cleaning responsibility area, which is implemented by the specific responsible person in the team.
2. Keep the floor, equipment, molds, workbench, workstation appliances and windowsill free of dust, oil and garbage.
3. The parts and scraps falling on the ground shall be handled in time, and the boxes and boxes of outsourced finished products shall be cleaned as they are produced.
4. when not working in the area of responsibility of the team, clean up the work site in time after the work.
5. After repairing the equipment, the maintenance personnel shall assist the operator to clean up the site and put away their own tools.
6. Each team shall take dust-proof and moisture-proof measures for the raw materials, components and products circulating in the workshop, and cover them with plastic bags or cushion them.

Institutionalize and standardize the practice of sorting, rectifying and cleaning, and conduct regular inspection and assessment. 1. Each team carries out simple daily finishing activities at 15 minutes before leaving work every day.
2. Each team shall conduct weekly rectification activities 31 minutes before leaving work on the last working day of each week.
3. Each team shall conduct a thorough sorting, rectification and cleaning activity 1 hours before work on 27th of each month.

5. Literacy:
Literacy is to improve employees' civilized manners, enhance team awareness, and develop good work habits and styles according to regulations. Literacy is the core of 5S activities. Only when the quality of employees is improved can all activities be carried out smoothly. Therefore, to carry out 5S activities, we should always focus on and improve the quality of employees.
Literacy can be formulated as follows:
1. Insist on 5S activities every day to achieve the expected results
2. Learn and train various rules and regulations of the company and departments for each team member.

4. Abide by various management systems in the workshop, including workflow, labor discipline, safety production, equipment management, station equipment management, turnover handling management, salary management, etc.
5. Wear work clothes during working hours and pay attention to your image.

7. Take care of the public environment. Wash the toilet, hand basin and sink consciously after use, and don't dump leftovers at will.
