(2) Social organizations refer to legal entities established for public welfare or other non-profit purposes and registered with the civil affairs department of this Municipality, including social organizations, foundations and social service institutions (private non-enterprise units). Among them, social service institutions include private pension institutions, private medical institutions and private schools.

(3) Small and micro law firms and small and micro accounting firms: refer to the relevant employment subsidy policies enjoyed by enterprises, and refer to the "business service industry" provisions in the Notice on Printing and Distributing the Standards for the Classification of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (No.311 [2111] of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology). Workers who go to the above-mentioned units for employment are deemed to be employed in enterprises.
