However, based on my years of construction management experience and professional knowledge, I don't think this treatment method is very suitable, so I didn't implement it immediately. After consulting a lot of information and consulting experts, I put forward a new treatment plan to the leader: according to the site conditions and the bearing requirements of the site, as long as the soil replacement treatment is carried out within the depth of 0.8 meters, the settlement can be completely avoided and the use requirements can be met. Practice has proved that the scheme is not only economical, reasonable and feasible, but also effectively ensures the engineering quality and saves a lot of construction funds for the company.

According to the project division of labor, I am mainly responsible for the safety management of the project. The safety directors of two supervision units of the Institute of Iron and Steel Engineering are experienced. Although the Second and Third Bureau of the General Contractor is a national super construction enterprise, the technical level and job responsibilities of the safety management personnel in its project department are far from meeting the needs of on-site safety management. It is impossible to fully discover the potential safety hazards existing in the site, and it is also impossible to properly correct the problems found. To this end, on the one hand, we make full use of supervision, requiring the supervision unit personnel to make daily inspections in place, and notify the general contractor as much as possible when problems are found, and at the same time, we use half a day to conduct special safety inspections every week to supervise their rectification. Second, in view of the uneven technical level and inconsistent standards of the contractors, the model is used to guide the on-site safety management, and at the same time, the construction unit is required to formulate the construction site safety management control points as the management basis. Third, organize supervision to hold a special meeting with the safety personnel of the general contractor and subcontractors, draw out the responsibility areas and buildings of the safety personnel of the general contractor and subcontractors, and ask them to stare at hidden dangers, solve one problem and then solve the next one, and resolutely repel irresponsible personnel at the same time. A, held by our company, supervision, general contractor, subcontracting and other units to participate in the disclosure meeting before construction, instill our company's requirements and standards for the quality of this project, unify our thinking, exert pressure, and inform our company of the policy of rewarding the superior and punishing the inferior until the person in charge of the subcontracting site. Second, the general contractor is required to make a special plan for reserving and embedding, and come up with specific quality control measures for every detail and quality common fault. Third, the model leads. Before each project construction, the general contractor should make a high-standard model as the basis for future construction. Fourth, find fault and spur at the beginning of formal construction. Enlarge small problems and deal with them seriously, so that the construction unit can't take them lightly in future construction. Fifth, continue to spur, high-pressure management, adhere to the principle of not letting go of a problem, so that the construction unit has a sense of fear. In this way, through more than half a year's efforts, the pre-embedded reservation in the first structural stage has been basically completed, and the overall quality has been greatly improved compared with the first one.

However, extended management is only the beginning of creating high-quality projects and century-old projects. I think that if we really want to achieve this goal, we should extend management and refine management at the same time. The best way is to refine the project quality management. To establish our company's own engineering quality management standards, we should be very specific and detailed, accurately describe the quality standards that each sub-project should achieve, and what are the control points to achieve this standard? How to eliminate common quality problems? What work must be done and must not be let go, otherwise it will not meet our requirements. This standard is strictly followed by the whole company. In this way, we can try to avoid the risks caused by different levels, experiences and ways of doing things. Let every employee of the company, no matter where they come from, complete their work according to the same working philosophy, the same working methods and the same quality standards.
