The Notice puts forward seven objectives, namely, improving the housing rental mechanism, increasing the supply of the rental housing market, cultivating large-scale standardized market suppliers, building a housing rental service platform, stabilizing the housing rental level, strengthening the supervision of the housing rental market and vigorously promoting the online signing and filing of housing rental contracts.
Xi' an has introduced ten measures to increase rental housing through multiple channels. Including increasing the supply of rental housing land, including the rental housing land into the land supply plan, and ensuring that the rental housing land is compatible with the total annual target tasks. The housing and urban-rural development department prepares the annual rental housing construction plan, and decomposes the tasks according to the regional rental housing demand.
