Hospital sewage treatment process?
1. Grille well

The grid well is equipped with a grid, which can remove soft fibers and large-particle impurities in sewage, prevent the blockage of pumps, valves and pipelines, and ensure the normal operation of treatment equipment. Grille adopts stainless steel rotary mechanical grille, and the residue needs to be cleaned manually, usually once a week. Sewage must pass through the grid before entering the regulating tank.

2. Regulating pool

The coefficient of sewage in hospitals varies greatly. An integrated water tank is designed to store sewage to keep the water quality uniform, so as to ensure the uniformity of water quality in the treatment facilities and the continuous operation of subsequent facilities. The hydraulic holding time of the regulating box is designed to be 6 hours. There are three sewage lifting pumps in the regulating tank (two for one use and one for automatic switching), and there are two sets of liquid level controllers and basic supporting equipment (such as maintenance ladder) in the tank. The sewage pump in the regulating tank pumps the sewage to the sewage biochemical treatment system.

3 Hydrolysis acidification tank

The main function of hydrolytic acidification tank is to decompose insoluble organic matter in sewage into soluble organic matter and high molecular organic matter into small molecular organic matter. In this process, the hydrolysis tank adopts the advanced sludge bed area with upward water flow, and the sludge at the bottom can be utilized. The bed captures and adsorbs particles, colloids and organic matter. In order to enhance the function of the hydrolysis tank, ZH suspended filler is connected to the hydrolysis tank. The filler is easy to film, and the surface is rich in hydrolytic acidification bacteria, which will decompose part of COD and transform complex organic matter into degradable BOD. At the same time, the organic nitrogen in sewage is decomposed into ammonia nitrogen. ZH suspended filler. Hard, soft and semi-soft fillers have many advantages. Large pore size change, no blocking or sticky connecting groups, large specific surface area and fast film formation.

4. Contact oxidation pool

This process takes biocatalytic oxidation as the main process to remove organic matter. Compared with the traditional process, the biofilm process has the following characteristics:

(1) has a high organic load, and the energy for removing organic matter per unit volume by biochemical method is high. So the volume load can be as high as 2-3KgBOD/m2.

(2) Because the sludge does not flow back, there is no risk of sludge bulking, sludge overgrowth, lack of oxygen in the reaction tank and deterioration of wastewater quality.

(3) Good impact resistance, microbial cells exposed to oxidation grow on the packaging material, and can recover quickly when impacted by high load.

(4) Through simple management, simple unmanned control can be carried out without affecting the water quality, thus reducing the number of operators and operating costs.

5. Secondary sedimentation tank

Set up secondary precipitation to remove the microbial membrane that falls into the water after oxidation. Vertical flow gradient tube sedimentation tank is adopted. The design surface load is 2m/m2h, the rising speed is 0.54m/s, and the upper part of the sedimentation tank is the catchment area. The middle is the sedimentation area, and the lower part is the sludge bucket. The retention time of the secondary sedimentation tank is 2 hours, and a diversion weir is installed in the water collection area of the secondary sedimentation tank to prevent water from taking away surface flocs. The inclination angle of the sludge hopper is 45 degrees, and the precipitated sludge is discharged by gas lift.

6. Disinfection pool

The standard disinfection time of hospital sewage is 60 minutes. Chlorine dioxide disinfection and folded plate mixed reaction disinfection were used. The disinfection device can change the dosage of chemicals according to the treated water quantity, and the disinfected treated water can meet the discharge requirements.
