The water supply unit supplies water, and you pay the water fee on time. The relationship between you is actually a contractual relationship. If there is any loss caused by unauthorized water supply, you can call to complain.
1. First find the property management company in the community and ask whether the property is under maintenance or whether related business is in progress.
2. If the property management company can't answer, contact the water supply company to see if the water supply company has any business work in or around the community and ask about the time to complete the work so as to make the next plan.
