Handling procedures

1. The applicant goes to the food and drug supervision window on the second floor of the administrative examination and approval service hall in Jiangbei District for consultation and handling matters. Address: No.16, Jingang New District, Jiangbei District. You can also log on to the public information network of Jiangbei District Government or the website of Jiangbei District Food and Drug Administration Branch for relevant information.

2. The applicant submits the application materials at the food and drug administration window on the second floor of the administrative examination and approval service hall in Jiangbei District, and fills in the Application Form.

3. The Administrative Licensing Section submits it to the Executive Council for study.

4. The food and drug supervision staff of the sub-bureau will go to the catering unit for on-site inspection and guidance, and make a license document (qualified or put forward rectification opinions).

5. The applicant shall sign at the Administrative Examination and Approval Section (Room 511) on the fifth floor of Jiangbei District Food and Drug Administration Branch.
