If the company has been closed for more than 6 months, its business license may be revoked by the company registration authority. If the business license of the company is revoked according to law, the company shall be dissolved, and a liquidation group shall be established within 15 days to start liquidation.

If a company fails to start business for more than six months after its establishment without justifiable reasons, or fails to start business for more than six consecutive months after its establishment, the company registration authority may revoke its business license.
