Shenzhen hotels can bring instant noodles in isolation, and you can't order takeout after isolation.
According to the work requirements of the Notice of the Epidemic Prevention and Control Team of the Office of novel coronavirus Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters on Further Strengthening the Food Safety Work in COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Isolation Point, six requirements are put forward to do a good job in food supply in isolation hotels and reduce potential risks:
(1) If the isolation point has the ability to provide its own meals, it is required that the isolation point should provide its own meals and no external food delivery services such as online ordering for isolation personnel.
(2) If the isolation point does not have the ability to provide meals by itself, the COVID-19 Prevention and Control Headquarters of each district shall designate a collective dining distribution unit or an A-level catering service unit with good food safety near the isolation point to provide ordering service for the isolation personnel. The list of alternative catering units can be adjusted according to the actual implementation. The market supervision departments of all districts should strengthen the food safety supervision of alternative feeding units to ensure the safety of feeding.
(3) Give full consideration to the special catering needs of "four types of people", Muslims, vegetarians and other groups at the isolation point, and meet them in the form of "one-on-one" and "opening a small stove" if conditions permit; If there are no conditions, a high-quality catering unit can be selected to provide "one-on-one" service and strengthen food safety management.
(4) Strictly implement regular meal supply and delivery at isolation points, so as to reduce the food safety risk caused by long-term food detention caused by irregular meal and delivery.
(5) If the isolation point provides meals by itself, the employees shall implement it according to the management requirements of the isolation point staff.
(6) External catering service units serving meals at isolation points must be equipped with relatively fixed food delivery personnel, and at the same time, do a good job in monitoring the health of food delivery personnel, and it is strictly forbidden to take up their posts in spite of illness; Equipped with special delivery vehicles and dedicated vehicles, cleaning and disinfecting the delivery boxes, vehicles and transportation tools before and after each meal delivery to ensure that the vehicles meet the transportation safety and food safety; Disposable materials should be the first choice for the outer packaging of the food to be shipped, and they should be destroyed by the isolation point after each use, so as to reduce the risk of "character transmission". Isolation points should also do a good job in health monitoring and registration of food delivery personnel, and it is strictly forbidden for food delivery personnel to enter isolation places.
