Provisions on the use of mobile phones by troops:

1. Soldiers are not allowed to use mobile phones when participating in collective activities such as education, drills and meetings organized by the army;

Mobile phone is usually "one phone, one number". When changing the mobile phone number or using multiple numbers, it should be submitted for approval according to the regulations, and the replacement model should be filed in time;

4. Soldiers who do not use mobile phones must be turned over to their units for centralized custody, returned to them when they go home to visit relatives, and then centralized custody after returning to the army;

5. It is forbidden to bring mobile phones into confidential departments and confidential meeting places;

6. All units should regularly check the soldiers' use of mobile phones, keep abreast of the soldiers' use of mobile phone communication, and correct the problems in time when found;

7 unauthorized possession and use of mobile phones shall be confiscated;

8. Remote data synchronization, location service and other functions must be turned off. Those who use mobile phones in situations where they should not be used in violation of regulations should be criticized, educated and appropriately punished.
