How to register a catering business license?
The business license is applied to the industrial and commercial bureau after passing the inspection of sanitation, fire protection and environmental assessment before the restaurant opens, and the official business license is issued after the approval of the industrial and commercial bureau.
1, name pre-registration
First go to the local industrial and commercial bureau to get a name to pre-approve the application, and then fill in the form as required. After filling in, you need to hold a copy of your ID card and household registration book to check with the name approval office. After the name is approved, it usually takes 7 working days. Take the Application Form for Pre-approval of Name to the Name Registry and fill it out as required.
2. Environmental assessment
Apply to the accreditation office of the environmental protection bureau of the jurisdiction first. After the acceptance, the staff will come to the door for inspection and guidance. After examination and approval, a pollutant discharge permit will be issued.

1, health certificate. Since the restaurant opened, investors' health has naturally become a major focus of attention.
