In order to standardize the kitchen operation, Party A and Party B have entered into this agreement through friendly negotiation in accordance with the Contract Law, the Food Hygiene Law, the Hygiene Code for Catering Industry and Group Dining Distribution Units and other laws and regulations, and will abide by it jointly during the period when Party B contracts to operate Party A's kitchen.

Article 1 Term of Contract

Article 2: Scope of Contract:

1. Party B contracts the daily working meals in the canteen of Party A's employees.

Article 3: Scope of Contract:

1. 8 yuan for staff meals (lunch, evening, uniforms, one large meat, one fried meat, one vegetarian dish, rice and soup). When objective conditions such as prices change, both parties should negotiate to adjust the staff meal fee standard.

2. No less than 12 vegetarian dishes per meal.

Article 4 Payment method:

Article 5 Rights and obligations of Party A

Article 6 Rights and obligations of Party B:

1. Party B is the first person in charge of kitchen hygiene, fire prevention, public security and food safety, and must manage employees, equipment, facilities, operation desks and workplace environment in strict accordance with the requirements of the Food Hygiene Law, Hygiene Code for Catering Industry and Collective Dining Distribution Units and other laws and regulations. Party B shall be responsible for all losses caused by accidents caused by its poor management.

2. Party B and its employees must obey the supervision and management of Party A's functional management department and abide by Party A's rules and regulations.

3. Without Party A's consent, Party A's kitchen shall not be used to provide services for other units or individuals, or serve outside the company, or subcontract or change the nature of services without authorization.

4. Party B shall not change the house structure and equipment layout without authorization. If Party B really needs to carry out business, it shall obtain the consent of Party A and be responsible for maintaining, maintaining and cleaning kitchen facilities, equipment and utensils (including tableware, utensils and knives, etc.). ). After the expiration of the contract, Party A will organize personnel to check and accept the house and equipment, and if it is damaged, it must be repaired or compensated.

5. In any of the following circumstances, Party B has the right to stop serving meals:

Failing to pay the expenses as stipulated in the contract, after being notified by Party B in writing, Party A still fails to pay the expenses on schedule, which seriously affects the food supply.

Article 7 Tableware management:

1. During the contract period, the tableware shall be provided by Party A. Party B shall be responsible for its use and management.

2. Any loss caused by Party B's responsibility shall be fully compensated by Party B. All losses caused by the loss of tableware shall be borne by Party B. The wear and tear caused by normal use shall be replaced by both parties, and the expenses shall be borne by both parties 50%.

Article 8 Relevant penalties:

If Party B delays the meal for more than 5 minutes due to management mistakes, it will be fined 30- 150 yuan/time.

If unclean foreign bodies are found in fast food, a fine of 10-50 yuan will be imposed as appropriate.

The employee complained and was found to be the fault of the fast food company, and was fined 10-50 yuan/time.

If more than 10 employees suffer from food poisoning or digestive tract symptoms due to unclean food, the fast food company will bear all medical expenses and related economic losses.

Article 9 Others:

1. Matters not covered in this contract shall be settled by both parties through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, a lawsuit can be brought to the People's Court of Hangzhou and Binjiang District.

2. The supplementary agreement reached by both parties through consultation is an annex to this agreement and has the same effect as this contract. This contract is made in duplicate and shall come into effect after being sealed by both parties and signed by representatives. Party A and Party B each hold one copy.
