Social insurance registration and unit account opening
Employers engaged in production and operation should apply to social insurance agencies for social insurance registration within 31 days from the date of obtaining the business license and non-production and operation employers within 31 days from the date of establishment.
Handling formalities:
Newly insured units should fill in the Employer's Social Insurance Registration Form and the Hangzhou Enterprise Social Insurance Account Opening and Change Registration Form, and hold the following original (both original and duplicate) and photocopy (one copy each):
1. Industrial and commercial business license, certificate of approval for establishment or other approved practice certificates (the Hangzhou office shall be based on the registration certificate of the Economic Cooperation Office of the Hangzhou Municipal Government);
2. Organization code certificate issued by the national quality and technical supervision department;
3. Tax registration certificate issued by the tax authorities.
Accepting department:
1. Units with provincial, municipal or non-competent departments but tax payment relations belong to provincial and municipal local taxes or development zone tax collection sub-bureaus shall be accepted by the business hall of the Municipal Social Security Bureau.
2. Units that belong to or have no competent department, but the actual tax payment relationship is in the local tax sub-bureau of each city, shall be accepted by the social insurance office of the local district (the same below).
Hangzhou enterprises that pay social security account for 28.9% of the base, and Hangzhou employees account for 11%+4 of the base.
