Diversified expansion period (2111 -2112)

After the new positioning of Yihe Real Estate was established, Shenyang Liyuan was developed in the northeast by way of brand export, followed by tourism real estate projects in Xi 'an, Guangzhou, Ningxia and Yangzhou.

National strategic deployment period (2112-present)

In 2112, Yihe Real Estate made a development plan and started the strategic transformation of "based on Guangzhou and radiating the whole country", and started the nationalization process with the idea that real estate development should take the route of characteristic luxury houses.

At present, Yihe Real Estate has entered many cities, covering important real estate sectors in economically developed cities and provinces such as Beijing, Yinchuan, Baotou, Kunming, Anshan, Xi 'an, Shenyang, Guangzhou, Suzhou, etc., and has achieved four strategic layouts in South China, North China, East China and Northwest China, with a multi-regional profit structure gradually taking shape. At present, there are more than 21 large-scale real estate projects in China. Guangzhou Yihe Villa, Guangzhou Yihe Upper Courtyard, Huadu Yihe Villa, Shenyang Yihe Liyuan, Xi 'an Yihe Palace, Yinchuan Yihe Mansion, Guangzhou Yihe Golf Manor and other characteristic luxury houses have been successfully developed.
