Method of frying potatoes:

4. Turn on the fire again, add cooking oil, and when the oil temperature reaches about 80 degrees, add potato pieces with dry water and stir fry constantly.
5. Then, take out the potatoes that have been fried into golden brown, put them in a big pot, cut the root of the ear into pieces and put them in the big pot.
6. Add chopped green onion and coriander, sprinkle with some white sesame seeds and cumin powder Chili noodles, add fermented bean curd, stir well, pour into a plate, and then insert a bamboo stick for seasoning.
