Because CH Deyi Store is located in Shenbei University Town, most of the part-time employees working in this store are students who are receiving higher education, and among the 6 people surveyed, 2 are men and 4 are women; All of them are between 18 and 25 years old; Education is junior college or undergraduate. It is understood that 91% of the part-time employees in this store are college students.
among the 6 people I investigated, 4 are general employees and 2 are star trainers. They have all worked in this enterprise for about two years. It is understood that most of the part-time employees who work in CH Daoyi Store can only work in this store for one to three years. Most of the reasons for leaving the company are because in the internship stage of their senior year, students all hope to find internships related to their majors.

Among the part-time employees in CH Daoyi Store, all-star trainers and management team leaders have the highest satisfaction with hourly wages, followed by star trainers, and general employees have the lowest satisfaction with hourly wages, especially those who have worked for more than one year. If there is no chance of appreciation during this period, they are likely to leave.
VI. Matching degree between development strategy and salary level
Since entering the China market, CH's development strategy of always maintaining localization is an indispensable factor for its success. From the perspective of salary structure, CH is a market-following salary policy: the hourly salary of part-time employees is basically the same as that of the same industry, especially the salary of competitors, but the salary structure of CH can well maintain the fairness within the organization and reflect the relative value of each position: the promotion channels of CH grassroots are also applicable to part-time employees, and each level has different salary standards. After investigating the salary of part-time employees in CH, I think the salary structure of part-time employees in CH is more reasonable. However, because salary is not linked to performance, the incentive factors are weak.
Because the CH Moral Store I investigated is located in Shenbei University Town, its part-time employees have a high overall quality and a strong sense of teamwork, so they will work hard for the team even if their performance has nothing to do with personal salary. However, in other parts of Shenyang, the overall quality of part-time employees will be lower than that of moral stores, and the sense of teamwork will be slightly worse, so the incentive effect based on team will be weakened. Therefore, I think that if a certain bonus is given according to performance, the incentive effect on employees will be stronger.
