Yellow rice wine (also called Laobai) is the most common variety in Nantong, and Nantong people generally brew it by themselves. The raw material of rice wine is glutinous rice or japonica rice, and glutinous rice is the best. Some old residential alleys or old vegetable markets in Nantong can still be seen for sale. It is hard to eat a bowl of cold and sweet wine.

2. Flower dew burning

"Lu Hua Shao" is a special wine in Nantong. Dew liquor and shochu are blended by special techniques. Nantong dialect has always had the habit of "mixing" flowers, thus forming a unique flower dew shochu in Jianghai area, which is full of sweetness and stamina.

3. Yisheng brand Chen Yin wine

Everyone in Nantong knows that Yisheng Liquor was founded by Zhang Jian, the champion of the late Qing Dynasty. With a history of 100 years, it won the 1906 World Expo wine appraisal gold medal. It can be said that Yisheng wine is not only a simple combination of several herbs, but also a concrete product of Mr. Zhang Jian's concept of saving the country through industry, which is the best interpretation of Nantong's health care concept as a longevity town.
