The inspected unit shall submit the list of inspected persons to the health supervision agency in accordance with the regulations, and the inspected unit is responsible for the establishment of personal health records.

Article 12

The unit that undertakes the health examination shall arrange for the health examination in accordance with the list of persons to be examined determined by the health supervisory authority and in accordance with the prescribed items to be examined. Specific health examinations are conducted in accordance with the relevant national technical specifications.

Article 13

The health inspection unit shall report the original records of the examination and test of the inspected persons and the results of the health inspection to the health supervision organization.

Article 14

The health supervisory organization shall, based on the results of the health examination, issue a certificate of health qualification to those who pass the preventive health examination. For those who do not pass the examination, they shall give opinions on the treatment and supervise the implementation. The original material is also handed over to the inspected unit or the prescribed filing unit for filing.
