Three conventions
(1) Blood routine mainly includes red blood cells, hemoglobin, white blood cells and platelets.
Red blood cells: Generally speaking, the significance of measuring hemoglobin and red blood cells is basically the same, and its decrease often indicates anemia, such as iron deficiency anemia, malnutrition anemia, hemorrhagic anemia, aplastic anemia and so on. The general criteria are: hemoglobin 9- 12g is mild anemia, 6-9g is moderate anemia, 3-6g is severe anemia, and below 3g is extremely severe anemia. Mild anemia is more common in our general physical examination, and iron deficiency anemia is more common. Cases of severe vomiting and diarrhea, high fever and sweating, and long-term hypoxia can be seen with increased red blood cells.
White blood cells: the normal value is 4000- 10000. Infection in all parts of the body can lead to the increase of white blood cells and neutrophils; The decrease may be caused by virus infection and radiation.
Platelets: The normal value is 100-300. You can see the increase of platelets, and you can also see the manifestations of certain diseases, such as active rheumatoid arthritis. The decrease can be seen in some physiological phenomena such as thrombocytopenic purpura or female menstrual period.
If the three lines (red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets) are significantly reduced, it is suggested that there may be blood regeneration disorder.
⑵ Urine routine is one of the most common items in the examination of renal diseases, among which red blood cells, white blood cells and protein are of great significance. Normal urine can occasionally see red blood cells, microscopic examination.
