(four) full-time institutions of higher learning are studying for master's and doctoral students.

(5) Returned overseas students are required to provide overseas academic credentials issued by the China Overseas Students Service Center of the Ministry of Education when registering, and their graduation time and major shall be determined by the overseas academic credentials issued by the China Overseas Students Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

(6) For the post with the requirement of "Zhejiang Province" household registration, the applicants can be: Zhejiang household registration personnel, 20 14 full-time graduates with master's degree or above from ordinary universities in Zhejiang Province, and 20 14 non-full-time graduates with master's degree or above from ordinary universities in Zhejiang Province. 20 14,18 before the end of July, except for the above-mentioned personnel and applicants whose household registration requirements are "national", other personnel whose household registration is still in the process of migration are not allowed to apply. Third, recruitment methods and procedures

(1) Registration

1. This recruitment adopts the method of on-site registration. Applicants shall register with their ID card, household registration book or household registration certificate issued by the public security department, the original graduation certificate (in duplicate) and one-inch bareheaded color photos (three photos) with the same background.

Applicants must truthfully fill in and submit the Registration Form for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Ruian City (Annex 3).

4. Each applicant is limited to one position. If the ratio of the number of applicants for the same position to the number of recruitment plans is less than 2: 1, the number of recruitment plans will be reduced accordingly or no examination will be held. (2) Examination

The exam is conducted in a structured interview. The full mark of the test is 100, and the test score is calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. (3) Physical examination and inspection

According to the examination results, according to the proportion of the number of recruitment plans 1: 1, the list of shortlisted medical examiners is determined from high score to low score. If the test scores are the same, try again.

The physical examination shall be carried out according to the Notice of Zhejiang Provincial Personnel Department and Zhejiang Provincial Health Department on Printing and Distributing the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health (Zhejiang Rengong [2005] No.68) and the revised standards of the Ministry of Health.

The investigation was conducted in accordance with the Working Rules for the Investigation of Civil Servant Employment in Zhejiang Province (Trial) (Zhejiang Renfa [2008] No.58).

Those who fail the physical examination or inspection or voluntarily give up their qualifications will be replenished according to the test scores of candidates in this position from high to low.

(4) Publicity and employment

Those who pass the physical examination and inspection are determined to be candidates, and the list of candidates will be publicized on Ruian Talent Network for 7 days, subject to social supervision. If there is any objection during the publicity period, if it does not meet the recruitment requirements after investigation and verification, the employment qualification will be cancelled and the vacancy will be filled according to the test scores from high to low. If you voluntarily give up your employment qualification during the publicity period, the number of vacancies in this position will be replenished according to the total test scores from high to low. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection, the employment procedures shall be handled according to the prescribed procedures; Those who fail to go through the employment formalities within the time limit shall be treated as automatically giving up their employment qualifications.

All employees must sign labor contracts with the recruiting unit. The appointment of personnel depends on the position and rank setting of the recruiting unit.

If fraud is found in the recruitment process, once it is verified, the employment qualification will be cancelled, and you may not take the open recruitment examination of public institutions in Ruian for 3 years.
