The development of history

Nanliang established Hezhou, ruled by Hefei. In the first year of Emperor Kai of Sui Dynasty (58 1), Hezhou was changed to Luzhou. In April of the third year of Daye (607), Luzhou was changed to Lujiang County. In the third year of Tang Wude (620), Lujiang County was changed to Luzhou, which belonged to Huainan Road delineated in the first year of Zhenguan (627).

In the first year of Tianbao (742), it was renamed Lujiang County, which still governs Hefei and belongs to Huainan Road. In December of the first year of Zhide (756), Huainan was appointed to Yangzhou (now Yangzhou City), and Lujiang County still belonged to it. In December of the second year of Zhide, Luzhou was renamed and still belonged to Jie Zhen, Huainan. Luzhou ruled Hefei in Tang Dynasty, leading Hefei County, Shucheng County, Shenxian County, Lujiang County and Chaoxian County.

At the beginning of the Northern Song Dynasty, Luzhou ruled Hefei, belonging to Huainan Road, County 5, Hefei County, Shucheng County, Shenxian County (changed to Liangxian County in the 32nd year of Shaoxing in the Southern Song Dynasty), Lujiang County and Chaoxian County. In the third year of the Northern Song Dynasty (978), Wuwei Town, Chaoxian County, Luzhou was founded, and Chaoxian County and Lujiang County were subordinate to Wuwei Army.

Luzhou has jurisdiction over Hefei County, Shucheng County and Shenxian County. After three years (997), Huainan Road was changed. In the fifth year of Xining (1072), Huainan Road was divided into east and west roads, and the west road ruled Shouzhou (now Chengguan Town, Shouxian County), and Luzhou was changed to Huainan West Road.

The Southern Song Dynasty changed Huainan West Road to govern Luzhou, which was an important anti-gold town and a distribution center for anti-gold materials transportation in the Southern Song Dynasty. At the beginning of Shaoxing, in order to avoid the Jin army, Huaixi Road was sent to Chaojun (now Chaohu City). In the seventh year of Shaoxing (1 137), the rebellion in western Huai and the pseudo-Qi in Luzhou. Eleven years, recovered for Yang Yizhong.
