Most of Hanyin County is located in the north of NW serpentine structure in Ankang area, and only the north and south wings belong to Bashan arc structure and Qinling latitudinal structure. It is mainly distributed in the Lower Sinian, Cambrian, Ordovician, Silurian and Cenozoic strata, and consists of shallow-sea siliceous rocks, marine carbonate rocks and continental margin clastic rocks.
