In 1931, the name of Qingxiangyuan was changed to Jingchengjiuyuan (Soy Sauce Garden) in the name of striving for excellence and honesty in business.
In 1932, in order to develop the export market, Jingcheng Soy Sauce Garden set up a point in Chongqing Sanpaifang Shuijing Lane, the wooden boat industry in the middle dam by the Fuling River directly to the Chongqing sales, by the major restaurants and consumers to buy and use, the reputation of the mountain city. And by the Yangtze River downstream to Wuhan, Nanjing, Shanghai.
In 1935, the Sichuan Provincial Highway Bureau set up a station in the middle of the dam to start the bus passenger transport, daily from Chengdu and Jiangyou (now Jiangyou City, Wudu Town), for the middle of the dam in the export of soy sauce to bring favorable conditions for travelers to and from the middle of the dam in the mushroom soy sauce as a gift to friends and relatives of the seasoning, loved by the customers in Chengdu.
Chengdu Shangdong Street Zhonglaihe Tea House, the first five catty basket of Zhongba mushroom soy sauce open zero sale, and then expand the business wholesale and retail sales. Then there are Zitong Bridge Street Zhong Guangwu, Yanshikou umbrella store Tang Weizhang, Changshun Street Yao Jicheng, as well as "Zhong Dumpling" and "Qiu Fuzi" and other restaurants came to purchase Zhongba, so that the Zhongba mushroom soy sauce fragrance floating in the city.
In 1941, the anti-Japanese war entered a tense phase, and youth employment was very difficult, and college graduates felt unemployed upon graduation. At that time, the Jiangzhang (Jiangyou County and Changming County, now merged into Jiangyou City) travel to the province of the Joint Society of some students forced by the unemployment crisis; in order to explore ways of self-employment, decided to open in Chengdu Ancestral Temple Street "Huaxi Specialty Merchants", to the home of the specialties of the Zhongba mushrooms in soy sauce as the main commodities to open up the sales in Chengdu. On the day of its opening, reporters from various newspapers in Chengdu went to cover the event, and a news report was published in Xinxin News. "Huaxi Specialty Store" became the first direct sales outlet for Zhongba Soy Sauce in Chengdu, which was recognized by all major restaurants and consumers as a precious seasoning product and was generally welcomed.
In order to meet the needs of consumers, Zhongba Soy Sauce set up a Chengdu branch on Chengdu's Upper Xishuncheng Street in 1945, and launched a wholesale and retail business, with demand outstripping supply for a while.
Subsequently, Tang Zuzhang, Wang Eqiu, Zhang Zizhong, Guo Zhengchuan and others opened five stores in Chengdu on Pifang Street, Xiyuxi Street, Dungcaohu Street and Gulou Street, specializing in the sale of Zhongba Soy Sauce.
After the opening of the Baocheng Railway, people from inside and outside the province wrote to us to buy the product, and in the 1950s, there was a big signboard "Zhongba Soy Sauce" in Beijing's West Chang'an Street, specializing in the sale of the product.
Jingcheng Soy Sauce Garden in 1956, public-private partnership, in 1958 became the state-run Jiangyou Brewery. Enterprises have always adhered to the traditional brewing process of pure grain brewing, natural sun dew, fine brewing, sales rocketing.
In 1962, Zhongba Soy Sauce was honored by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce as "Sichuan Province's Traditional Famous Seasoning", and was purchased by Sichuan Vegetable Company, and sold to all major cities in China.
In 1978, Zhongba Soy Sauce was exported to Canada and Southeast Asia, and also entered the European and American markets with Sichuan cuisine.
In 1985, it was finalized by the China Food Magazine and included in the history of "China's Famous Food Encyclopedia"; in the same year, it was recommended by the Sichuan Provincial Economic Commission and approved by the State Planning and Economic Commission, and was selected to be included in the "Dictionary of China's Specialties and Famous Products".
In 1989, it was honored by the Ministry and the province.
In 1997, it was awarded the title of "China Famous Brand Food Product" by China Food Industry Association.
In 1999, it was honored as "Chinese Old Brand" by the Ministry of Domestic Trade.
After three centuries of refinement, "Zhongba Soy Sauce" has grown healthily in the care and concern of consumers, and will dedicate more healthy and delicious products to the general consumers.
