Dear leaders of the Women's Federation and women compatriots on all fronts: Hello everyone! I am honored to attend this speech. Here, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the judges and colleagues present and wish the meeting a complete success. I'm Jia Hongling from Hebei Long Bang Food Industry Co., Ltd., and now I'm the general manager of the company. 1990 graduated from high school. After graduation in February of that year, I worked as a cashier in Hengshui Xinlong Food Factory (now Hebei Long Bang Food Industry Co., Ltd.), and then obtained a college degree in accounting through self-study. Due to the development of the enterprise, its own quality has been continuously improved, and then it became the chief financial officer, executive general manager and now general manager. After working for more than ten years, I have made some insignificant achievements. Since I was an ordinary employee of Long Bang Company, I have an ideal in my heart. I must be a handsome man! Because I believe that it is not easy for a company to establish a well-known modern enterprise group from a family workshop-style enterprise on the road of starting a business. Now when the ideal comes true, I have to recall the bitterness in the practice. Doing business is difficult, being a woman is difficult, and being a strong woman is even harder. Among successful people, men undoubtedly occupy an absolute dominant position, but for us women, we have to pay several times more than them. Besides being a mother and wife, the first thing is to concentrate on work. This may be influenced and restricted by various factors such as the surrounding environment. I feel that I have put my whole heart and soul into my career. Needless to say, as you may know, our company is a processing industry, mainly producing pickles, instant noodles, condiments and other foods. Over the years, the company and its products have been awarded the titles of "Famous Trademark Enterprise in Hebei Province", "Provincial Contract-abiding and Credit-abiding Enterprise", "The 7th Consumer Trusted Product" and "Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization in Hebei Province" for many times. In 2000, in order to expand the industrial scale, the company launched a new instant noodle production and processing project. At the beginning of the factory, the quality and management of products were not in place, which made the products fall into a trough stage as soon as they were listed. I was extremely anxious, so I took decisive measures and actively hired courageous and enterprising professionals to take charge of two important links: production and sales. In less than a year, the annual sales revenue of products has been considerable. During this period, in order to ensure the smooth production of instant noodles, I personally went to Henan, Sichuan, Shandong and other places to conduct market research. After careful analysis and learning from the production and sales experience of "Uni-President", "Master Kong" and "Hualong" instant noodles, I decided to put the two production lines into full production. Facts have proved that my painstaking efforts have not been in vain. With its unique flavor and excellent quality, the instant noodles with the registered trademark of "Little Fat Niu" are extremely popular in the sales market, showing a situation that the products are in short supply. The sales income of instant noodles has far exceeded the income of pickles and condiments. In 2002, the production scale was expanded, and the number of production lines increased to four, with a daily processing capacity of 65,438+000 tons of flour. At the beginning of 2003, I made the company's development plan and planned to add four more production lines in the second half of the year. Now eight production lines are running at full capacity. In 2004, the company invested more than 20 million yuan to build "Hebei Little Fat Beef Noodle Industry Co., Ltd." in the new urban area of Shenzhou City. In order to meet the market demand, it is estimated that six instant noodle production lines will be added on the original basis. By then, all the company's 14 production lines will be put into production. To this end, from the strategic height of enterprise survival and development, I have established a multi-level talent incentive mechanism, constantly increased incentives, and issued a series of policies to enable people who have made outstanding contributions to the enterprise to truly enjoy the actual benefits. At the end of 2004, I pointed out at the board meeting organized by the company that business people played a key role in sales, giving them guaranteed wages and high commissions, which generally increased their income, not only mobilized their enthusiasm, but also attracted more people with lofty ideals to join. In 2005, the enterprise decided to develop by leaps and bounds: continue to lengthen the industrial chain, and strive to build Long Bang Group into a modern enterprise group integrating production, supply, marketing, processing and service after 3-5 years' efforts. As a traditional food processing industry, talents are the key to long-term development. On the one hand, it solves the employment problem of the vast rural surplus labor force, on the other hand, it faces the introduction of competitive professional managers, innovative scientific and technological talents, economic talents and other high-quality talents. In terms of personnel management and allocation, it must be said that this is a qualitative leap in the talent management of Long Bang Group. In order to achieve this goal, we have planned new measures for enterprise reform and development: first, based on the advantages of local resources, we should take the road of agricultural industrialization management. Continue to increase the development of kimchi and instant noodles. Strengthen the "brand strategy" and strive to improve the market share of products. Actively plan new measures for enterprise products to adapt to local economic development and further increase in social demand, and go all out to occupy existing markets, develop potential markets and expand future markets. The second is to implement a leap-forward development plan. The company plans to build 14 instant noodle production line projects. The instant noodle project was put into production in 2000, and eight instant noodle production lines will be built in 2004. By then, the 14 production line will be completed. If the daily flour throughput of each production line is 20 tons, the annual flour throughput alone will reach170,000 tons, and the annual sales of products will reach 500 million yuan. In addition, the enterprise acquired 200 mu of land in Shenzhou High-tech Development Zone, and made preliminary preparations for expanding production projects such as packaging and printing, paper products, condiments and flour. The Group will achieve self-sufficiency in various raw materials to meet the growing production demand. The third is to seize the cadres and workers for development and establish a learning group within the enterprise. As the supreme leader of private enterprises, with our efforts, we have set up a corporate culture training class and taught it in person. Under her guidance, the company has formed a good entrepreneurial spirit, style, behavior and habits, such as perseverance, hard work, dedication, never being satisfied and striving for first-class pioneering spirit. Especially after the study and practice activities of "three stresses" education and "Theory of Three Represents" theory training, the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the party organizations have been further enhanced, and the overall quality of enterprises has naturally been continuously improved. Actively plan new measures to deepen reform and accelerate development, sincerely seek welfare for employees, realize the grand goal of leap-forward development of enterprises, and lay a good foundation for leap-forward development. After work, I always insist on studying, because if I relax a little, I can't keep up with the pace of enterprise development. Now I am attending an EMBA class. Through the combination of study and practice, I fully realize that if Longbang wants to develop to this day, it must keep pace with the times, blaze new trails and spare no effort to succeed. I think that no matter when and where the company develops, it can't be divorced from learning and can't ignore the improvement of employees' quality. Under my initiative, learning enterprises and learning employees were established, and regular on-the-job training, computer knowledge training and expert lectures were held for grass-roots managers of enterprises, which not only enhanced employees' sense of responsibility and crisis, but also improved the company's own quality and mobilized employees' learning enthusiasm. In order to strengthen corporate governance and technical level, accelerate the pace of enterprise modernization, and integrate with the international community as soon as possible, I clearly put forward 2003-2005 as the "learning year" for enterprises.
