3) Customers contact foreign suppliers to book warehouses by sea in the way of export → shipping to Hong Kong.

4) Order change, delivery → Hong Kong

5) Hong Kong China Inspection Company will conduct inspection → after passing the inspection → apply for mechanical and electrical certificate (generally, used machinery over 0/5 years old is not allowed to be imported).

6) Arrange barges to the inland river wharf → the local commodity inspection bureau changes the original record and inspection and quarantine certificate.

7) Inspection → Commodity Inspection Declaration Form → On-site inspection and verification by the Commodity Inspection Bureau.

8) Prepare import declaration materials → Customs import audit → Tax bill payment → Customs inspection → Delivery release.
