In response to the short board problem of classification facilities, the "Implementation Plan" puts forward, strengthen the garbage room, transfer station, compression station upgrading and transformation, encourage the construction of both garbage classification and renewable resources recycling function of the delivery point and transfer station. It also promotes the transformation and upgrading of the recycling industry, coordinates the construction of domestic waste classification outlets and waste disposal outlets, and plans the construction of a number of centralized sorting centers and distribution sites. Scientifically estimate the output level of local domestic garbage, accelerate the construction of treatment facilities with clean incineration as the main method according to the principle of moderate overrun, and reasonably lay out domestic garbage incineration fly ash disposal facilities. By 2023, the province's domestic waste incineration processing capacity significantly improved, the county domestic waste disposal system further improved; domestic waste daily removal of more than 300 tons of areas, the basic realization of primary domestic waste "zero landfill".
