There is no restriction on nationality, male or female, requiring bachelor degree or above, strong ability in music production or literary creation and works that can prove their professional level. Candidates for directors require successful experience in organizing large and medium-sized literary evenings.

III. Recruitment Form and Treatment

(1) Receiving undergraduate, master's and doctoral students who graduated in July 2111 and have literary and artistic expertise accepted by local college students.
