What are the chef's qualifications? How to get
The chef's certificate, now changed to Chinese cook, is a major classification for those working in the restaurant industry. There are five levels of professional qualifications: junior, intermediate, senior, technician and senior technician. Intermediate at the age of 20, senior at the age of 25, technician at the age of 30, senior technician at the age of 32.

1, primary (with one of the following conditions) (a) by the occupation of primary formal training up to the required standard number of hours, and obtain a graduation (completion) certificate. 2, intermediate (with one of the following conditions) (a) after obtaining the primary vocational qualification certificate for the occupation, continuously engaged in the occupation for more than 3 years, by the occupation of intermediate formal training up to the required number of standard hours, and obtain a graduation (completion) certificate. (ii) After obtaining the elementary vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, work continuously in this occupation for more than 5 years. (C) obtained by the labor and social security administrative departments to audit the recognition of intermediate skills for the cultivation of vocational school vocational certificate.

3, senior (with one of the following conditions) (a) obtain the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years, by the occupation of senior formal training up to the standard number of hours, and obtain a certificate of graduation (completion). (ii) After obtaining the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of this occupation, continuously engaging in this occupation for more than 7 years. (C) Graduates of junior colleges or above who have obtained the intermediate vocational qualification certificate of this occupation and have been continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years. (D) Obtain the certificate of graduation of this occupation from senior technical schools or vocational schools with advanced skills as the cultivation objective, as examined and recognized by the administrative department of labor and social security.

4, technician (with one of the following conditions) (a) obtain the senior vocational qualification certificate of the occupation, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years, by the occupation of technician formal training up to the standard number of hours, and obtain a graduation (completion) certificate. (b) After obtaining the certificate of senior vocational qualification of this occupation, having continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 8 years. (C) obtain the senior vocational qualification certificate of the occupation of senior technical school graduates, continuously engaged in the work of this occupation for two years.

5, senior technician (with one of the following conditions) (a) after obtaining the vocational qualification certificate of technician in this occupation, continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years, by the senior technician in this occupation formal vocational training up to the required standard hours, and obtain a certificate of graduation (completion). (ii) After obtaining the vocational qualification certificate of technician in this occupation, he/she has been continuously engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years.
