What is the essential difference between a trainer and a lecturer?
According to my personal understanding, trainer is a non-academic concept, which is related to vocational training.

Academic definition of lecturer: Teachers in universities are generally lecturers, associate professors, professors, tutors for master students and doctoral students, and lecturers are the most basic titles.

Another meaning is the basic level of training. For example, a junior trainer is a lecturer and a senior trainer is a trainer. There is interaction and teaching, not cramming. No matter how advanced the tutor is, he should also make contributions and learn from the students. Trainers seldom give lectures, and guide before the stage like coaches.

I want to share with you some things I got from Mr. Wang Yuewen's training.
