With the vigorous development of community dental clinics, its geographical location is not limited to the ground floor of buildings, but also developing into high-rise office buildings, commercial buildings and department stores. When considering how to design better and more perfect treatment equipment, how to make the internal layout and decoration more elegant and comfortable, we must not ignore the design of clinic sewage treatment. Whether the sewage treatment reaches the standard will be an important basis for whether the clinic can be opened. Because the hospital sewage contains a large number of pathogenic microorganisms and toxic substances, the state has formulated the Discharge Standard for Hospital Sewage, which requires that the sewage from clinics and hospitals must undergo primary disinfection before being discharged into the municipal pipe network. Generally, sewage disinfection treatment can be divided into pretreatment before disinfection and sewage disinfection, and pretreatment and disinfection in sewage disinfection treatment in dental clinics are often carried out at the same time.
1. Discharge standard of dental clinic sewage:
According to the requirements of the hospital sewage discharge standard approved by the Economic Commission of China and the Ministry of Health on June 1, 1983, the sewage of the clinic should meet the following standards after treatment and disinfection.
1. 511ml samples were taken for inspection for three consecutive times, and no intestinal pathogenic bacteria and mycobacterium tuberculosis could be detected.
2. The total coliforms should not be more than 511 per liter.
3. the total residual chlorine is 4~5mg/L ..
4. The contact time between sewage and chlorine is not less than 1 hour.
2. Design requirements for sewage treatment and disinfection:
The scale of dental clinics is often not very large, and the amount of sewage is limited, so in the design of sewage treatment, it is generally only necessary to make a sewage treatment tank. All medical sewage in the clinic must be pumped into the treatment tank through special pipes for disinfection before it can be discharged. The design of sewage treatment tank must meet the following requirements:
1. It should be far away from the treatment area and reception area and designed in a relatively hidden place.
2. There are anti-corrosion and anti-leakage facilities. Generally, it is made of high-strength melamine board with a thickness of 1 cm.
3. Ensure the treatment effect, which is safe and durable.
4. Easy to operate, convenient for disinfection and cleaning, and conducive to the labor protection of operators.
3. Disinfection treatment method of clinic sewage:
Small sewage treatment tanks in dental clinics generally adopt the disinfection method of dosing bleaching powder with constant volume and quantity. At present, the most commonly used method is to dose bleaching powder tablets twice a day. According to the capacity of the treatment tank, put 11~21 tablets at a time
IV. Style design of the sewage treatment tank:
Precautions:
1. The first baffle near the water inlet must have a stainless steel filter screen to prevent impurities from entering the electromagnetic valve and affecting the use of the valve.
2. The timed electromagnetic valve automatically opens every hour for drainage, so as to ensure that the sewage can have enough contact time with chlorine.
3. In order to prevent the sewage from overflowing the sewage treatment tank due to the sudden increase of water flow, an overflow port can be made at the top of the tank.
4. The dosing tank must remove the sediment regularly
This is the design requirement of the previous sewage treatment tank. At present, this treatment method is eliminated.
Sewage treatment system equipment is widely used now, which is convenient, fast and can meet the hygiene standards.
