Buddha jumps over the wall is a representative dish of Min cuisine. Origin of the dish

During the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty, the officials of the Fuzhou Bureau of Official Money invited Zhou Lian, the Minister of Fujian Province, to a banquet.
