After opening the hole of the exhaust valve to adjust the metal mercury thermometer of the electric contact to the required temperature, tighten the screw on the steel cap to achieve the purpose of constant temperature, but be careful not to turn the indicating iron out of the scale when adjusting.

4. When everything is ready, put the sample in the oven and turn on the power. The red light indicates that the box has been heated. When the temperature reaches the control temperature, the red light turns off and the green light turns on. In order to prevent the failure of temperature control, it is necessary to deal with it.

5. When placing samples, pay attention to that the columns should not be too dense. Do not put the sample on the radiator, so as not to affect the upward flow of hot air. It is forbidden to bake inflammable, explosive, volatile and corrosive articles.

6. When you need to observe the sample in the office, you can open the outer door and observe through the glass door. But in order to avoid affecting the constant temperature, it is best to open the door only a little, especially when working above 200℃. Opening the door may cause the glass door to burst due to sudden cooling.

7. In the oven with fan, the fan must be turned on in the process of heating to constant temperature, otherwise it will affect the uniformity of office temperature and damage the heating elements.

8. Turn off the power in real time after work to ensure safety.

9. Contact the inside and outside of the oven for cleaning.
