Do you want to go to the shrimp shop to eat shrimp?
Shrimp line is the intestine of shrimp and the organ for excretion. For health reasons, it is better to go to a shrimp shop. It doesn't matter if you don't pay much attention to it, because the shrimp cooked after removing the shrimp line tastes loose and inelastic. It doesn't matter whether the shrimp is on the shrimp line or not. Bigger shrimps such as crayfish don't need to be cooked on the shrimp line. When they are completely edible, they go to the shrimp line.

Shrimp meat without shrimp line is loose, and shrimp made without shrimp line will taste a little bitter or fishy. This is the difference between going to the shrimp line or not.

Method of removing shrimp line

1. Prepare toothpicks to pick shrimp lines. Use a toothpick to pass through the shrimp body from the joint between the shrimp head and the shrimp body (the joint between the shrimp head and the shrimp body is counted as a joint).

Take the shrimp in one hand and the toothpick in the other, and gently pick out the shrimp line.

Method 2:

The result of picking is that the shrimp line near the shrimp head will be picked out first.

Pull the shrimp line slowly by hand, and the end of the shrimp line near the tail will all be pulled out.

There is a super sharp thorn in the middle of the top of the shrimp head. Be sure to cut it off, or you will stab your hand or mouth carefully.
