Steps:
First, apply for the name of individual industrial and commercial households (this step can be omitted without the name and font size); Two, with the "name pre-approval notice" to the relevant departments for licensing or approval documents (operating non licensing projects can be omitted this step); Third, prepare business license related materials.
Name submission of individual industrial and commercial households:
1. Go to the industrial and commercial registration authority to collect and fill in the Application for Pre-approval of the Name of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households as required, and provide a copy of the applicant's identity certificate (the original ID card should be presented for inspection);
2. If the applicant entrusts an agent, it shall submit the certificate of entrusted agent and the identity certificate of the agent signed by the applicant (the agent or agent shall show the original identity card for inspection).
Materials submitted for handling the business license of individual industrial and commercial households:
Original pre-approval notice of 1. name (if the name is not used, it is not required to be submitted);
2, individual industrial and commercial households set up registration application (to the industrial and commercial registration authority to receive and fill in as required);
3. A copy of the applicant's ID card (both sides are affixed to the corresponding position of applying for the establishment registration of individual industrial and commercial households);
4. Original ID card of the applicant (for inspection);
5. The applicant's recent one-inch half-length photo 1 piece (pasted in the corresponding position of the Application for Registration of Establishment of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households);
6. If the applicant entrusts an agent, it shall submit the certificate of entrusted agent and the identity certificate of the agent signed by the applicant (the agent or agent shall show the original identity card for inspection);
7, the family planning department certificate (some areas need to be submitted);
8. Proof of business place: According to different situations, submit relevant documents according to the following requirements:
(1) If the house ownership certificate has been obtained, submit a copy of the house ownership certificate signed by the property owner or sealed by the property right unit; (2) If the house used has not obtained the house ownership certificate, a copy of the land use certificate signed by the house owner or stamped by all units shall be submitted; (3) A copy of the construction permit issued by the construction department shall be provided for the newly-built house on state-owned land without obtaining the house ownership certificate or the land ownership certificate; (4) If the house built on collective land is temporarily unable to provide the property right certificate, and the property right belongs to the township government, the township government may issue a certificate of consent to use the site; If the property right belongs to farmers or village committees, the village committee where the house is located shall issue a certificate agreeing to use the site; If a house built on its own land cannot submit the above certificate, the village committee or neighborhood committee where the house is located may issue a certificate of consent to the use of the site; (5) The supplier shall provide the market access certificate issued by the market management department where the business is located.
If the residence of individual industrial and commercial households is leased, in addition to the property right certificate of one of the above, the use certificate of one of the following should also be submitted: if leased, a house lease agreement should be provided (the lessor should be the owner of the house and the lessee should be the individual industrial and commercial household applying for business opening); If subletting, the sublease agreement (the lessor is the original lessee) and the certificate of consent to sublease issued by the owner of the house shall be submitted or stamped on the sublease agreement for confirmation; If free use is provided, a statement of free use issued by the owner of the house shall be submitted.
If the house is changed into a business house, if it is an urban house, it shall also submit the registration schedule-the registration form of residence (business premises) and the certificate issued by the local residents' committee (or owners' committee) that the interested owners agree to change the house into a business house; If it is a non-urban house, submit relevant certificates stipulated by the local government.
