this system is specially formulated to reduce staff turnover rate and standardize turnover management. This system is applicable to all departments of * * Hotel.
1. Definition: Resignation in this system refers to voluntary resignation, dismissal, dismissal and automatic resignation.
II. Resignation Procedure
(1) Resignation voluntarily:
1. Scope: The employee requests to leave the hotel and terminate the labor relationship with the hotel.
2. Resignation application: full-time hotel employees must apply one month in advance and fill in the Resignation Application Form (Annex 1), otherwise, one month's salary will be used as the notice payment. Employees on probation must apply seven days in advance, or they will be paid seven days' salary as notice. The application time is subject to written records.
3. Resignation interview: All resigned employees must go through the resignation interview procedure, so as to know the reasons for employees' resignation and improve their work in the future.
4. Examination and approval of resignation: For the examination and approval procedures and authority, please refer to the Provisions on Dismissal of Hotel Employees (Annex 5).
5. Handover after resignation: The resigned employee must go through the handover formalities with relevant departments before the last working day, fill in the Handover Form for Employees' Entry/Exit (Annex 2), and the personnel department can handle the settlement only after it is signed by the managers and responsible persons of relevant departments.
6. Resignation settlement: the salary of resigned employees will be settled until the last working day, and the settlement salary will be posted on the salary card on the next payday.
(2) Dismissal
1. Scope: Hotels with the following actors can be dismissed:
1) Work ability is not suitable for job requirements;
2) adjustment of hotel management organization;
3) Serious violation of hotel rules and regulations.
2. Examination and approval of dismissal: Please refer to the Provisions on Dismissal of Hotel Employees for the examination and approval procedures and authority of the department where the employee belongs to apply for hotel resignation.
3. Notice of dismissal: The full-time staff hotel will give a notice one month in advance, otherwise, one month's salary will be given as payment in lieu of notice.
4. compensation for dismissal: the hotel will pay compensation according to the following standards if it dismisses regular employees due to business adjustment. Those who have worked in the hotel for more than one year will be compensated for one month's salary; Half a month's salary is compensated for those who have completed half a year and less than one year; Less than half a year compensation 211 yuan whole. The compensation salary is based on the monthly basic salary before dismissal.
5. Handover after resignation: The dismissed employee must handle handover with relevant departments before the last working day and fill in the Handover Form for Employees' Entry/Exit. After being signed by the relevant departments and responsible persons, the personnel department can handle the settlement matters.
6. Resignation settlement: the salary will be settled on the last working day, and the settlement salary will be posted on the salary card on the next payday.
(3) Expulsion
1. Scope: hotels with the following actors can be expelled:
1) Serious violation of hotel rules and regulations;
2) Serious dereliction of duty causes losses to the hotel;
3) violation of-social-social ethics will affect the reputation of the hotel;
4) other circumstances that violate the provisions of national laws and regulations.
2. approval: please refer to the hotel staff dismissal regulations for approval procedures and authority.
3. Handover after resignation: The dismissed employee must handle handover with relevant departments within three days, fill in the Handover Form for Employees' Entry/Exit, and the personnel department can handle the settlement only after the signature of the manager and person in charge of relevant departments.
4. Resignation settlement: the salary will be settled on the last working day, and the settlement salary will be posted on the salary card on the next payday. There is no compensation for dismissal from the hotel.
