2. Before providing labor services, foreign personnel need to sign a labor contract with the employer and agree on the content of services, working hours, salary and other matters in the contract.
3. During the fulfillment of the labor contract, the expatriate needs to record his/her working hours and the content of his/her work for invoicing purposes.
4. After the completion of the labor service, the foreigner needs to provide the employer with the relevant information for invoicing, including his name, passport number, service content, service time, service fee and so on.
5. Based on the information provided by the expatriates, the employing unit will issue VAT invoices or special VAT invoices. It should be noted that the services provided by the expatriates may also be issued as tax-exempt invoices if they belong to tax-exempt items stipulated by the state.
6. After receiving the invoice, the expatriates need to check whether the invoice information is accurate or not, and if the invoice information is wrong, they need to contact the employer in time and negotiate to solve the problem.
