Ajisen Lamian Noodles, which occupies half of the Lamian Noodles market in Shanghai, will start to expand its territory in Shanghai. A related person from the leading food and beverage marketing department told the reporter that Ajisen Spicy Noodles has always invested in opening its own store, but its market share has been quite stable at present, so it is considered to make a joining plan at the end of this year. It is understood that Ajisen Lamian Noodles will choose to develop franchise stores outside Shanghai. In the way of joining, we will choose companies and other large investors, give priority to listed companies, conduct joint ventures, and license Ajisen Lamian Noodles's brand to operators. And individual investors will be very cautious to join.
While many foreign fast food outlets, including KFC and McDonald's, have set up franchise stores to accelerate their expansion, Ajisen Lamian Noodles has never opened its doors to investors, nor has it appeared in any franchise exhibitions. However, franchising will undoubtedly be a very favorable expansion measure when various ramen restaurants are competing in Shanghai.
Ajisen said that it already has 25 stores in Shanghai, and the company plans to open another 18 stores in Shanghai this year. The plan for other markets in China is to add 64 stores on the basis of the current 9 1 store. At present, Ajisen Spicy Noodles has stores in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Qingdao and Hangzhou. Besides, Ajisen Lamian Noodles is also considering listing in Hong Kong to raise 6,543.8 billion yuan for the expansion of the mainland market.
