Xiangshan County is located in the southern edge of the Yangtze River Delta and the central coast of Zhejiang Province, between Xiangshan Port and Sanmen Bay, surrounded by the sea on three sides, and the two ports embrace each other. In the second year of Tang Shenlong (AD 706), Jian County was established. Because there are mountains in the northwest of the county, it is named Xiangshan. The county consists of 656 islands and reefs in the east of Xiangshan Peninsula and along the coast of Xiangshan Sea, with a land area of 65,438 0.382 square kilometers, a sea area of 6,665,438 0.8 square kilometers and a coastline of 925 kilometers. It is known as "Oriental Island, Seamount Wonderland" and natural oxygen bar.
