All people who come to (return to) Anhui must be tested for 1 nucleic acid immediately after arriving in Anhui, and those who come to (return to) Anhui from other provinces and those who come to Anhui from cities with epidemics in the province should be tested three times every three days. If the nucleic acid test is not carried out as required, it will be reminded by SMS or Ankang code pop-up window, and then the code management will be assigned;

4, advocate to (back) Anhui personnel within 7 days don't have dinner, don't get together, don't go to crowded places. Deliberately concealing or failing to report in time, resulting in the spread of the epidemic, will bear legal responsibility;

5. Take bus, rail transit, taxi (network car), etc. Need to check Ankang code and travel code and hold a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate;

6. When entering scenic spots, museums, art galleries, libraries, shopping places and other crowded or closed places, it is necessary to check the Ankang code and the bus code and hold a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate;

7. The above measures will be dynamically adjusted according to the situation of epidemic prevention and control, so please pay attention to the authoritative release in time.

Legal basis: Article 6 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases.

The health administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within their respective administrative areas.

Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective functions and duties.

The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the army shall be handled in accordance with this Law and the relevant provisions of the state, and shall be supervised and managed by the competent health department of the People's Liberation Army of China.

Article 7

Disease prevention and control institutions at all levels undertake infectious disease monitoring, forecasting, epidemiological investigation, epidemic situation reporting and other prevention and control work.

Medical institutions undertake the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases related to medical treatment and the prevention of infectious diseases in their areas of responsibility. Urban communities and rural grass-roots medical institutions shall, under the guidance of disease prevention and control institutions, undertake the corresponding prevention and control of infectious diseases in urban communities and rural grass-roots units.
