Jingdong Logistics: Carry out the Liu Qing Plan to the end.
On August 6th, one of the pilot projects of "Rethinking Plastics-Recycling Economy to Treat Marine Garbage" supported by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, "Reduction and Recycling of Plastic Packaging in Express Industry" officially held an online kick-off meeting. Jingdong Logistics participated in this project and put more than 10,000 recycling bins in Haikou. At the same time, it is also the first time to recycle express bags and explore the gradual reduction of the use of disposable PE plastic packaging bags.

Last year165438+1October 15, jingdong logistics announced the carbon target: compared with 20 19, the total carbon emissions will be reduced by 50% by 2030. As early as 20 17, JD.com Logistics joined hands with Procter & Gamble, Nestle, Wyeth, Lego, Kimberly-Clark, Nongfu Spring, Unilever, Watsons, Yili and other businesses to launch the "Blue Flow Plan" to promote the "end-to-end" environmental protection of the supply chain and explore the realization of low-carbon environmental protection, energy saving and consumption reduction in packaging, warehousing and transportation.

A few days ago, it was not the first time that Jingdong Logistics put a circulating express bag in Haikou. On 20 17 and 12, jingdong logistics launched a pilot circulating express box-Liu Qing box. Liu Qing box is made of reusable materials. In general, the box can be recycled for more than 50 times, and it can be recycled after being damaged. At the same time, the Liu Qing box does not need adhesive tape packaging, and can be recycled, without producing any disposable packaging garbage. With the help of self-developed recycling packaging management system and unique coding and RFID management technology, the whole process of recycling packaging can be monitored. At present, Liu Qing Box has been used normally in more than 30 cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Xi, Shenyang and Wuhan, and has been used for more than160,000 times.

Besides, in JD.COM. COM's fresh-keeping business, folding heat preservation turnover box has been fully implemented to replace disposable foam box, and it has been returned to the warehouse for recycling through reverse logistics in JD.COM. The service life of circulating cold chain boxes in JD.COM is over 1.5 years, and the average number of times of using a single box is 1.30 times, and the cumulative number of times of using it over the years is1.800 million times, effectively reducing the use of disposable foam boxes, ice packs and dry ice. At present, 65.438+0.8 billion disposable foam boxes, 600 million disposable ice packs and 50 million kilograms of dry ice have been reduced, with a cumulative reduction of more than 300,000 tons.

According to reports, Jingdong Logistics also exerts its own advantages in the supply chain, cooperates with upstream enterprises, and works hard on the packaging reduction cycle. On the one hand, one-time packaging is adopted, that is, commodity packaging has the function of protecting commodities in the process of logistics and transportation, and conforms to the external logistics environment, and direct delivery is realized without secondary packaging. Jingdong Logistics encourages upstream brand enterprises to promote straight hair packaging through preferential storage policies. Thousands of SKUs of Procter & Gamble, Unilever and other brands have realized that the original packaging can be directly shipped. Up to now, the use of logistics cartons has been reduced by more than 654.38+0.5 billion. Paragraph points out that this measure * * * reduces paper consumption by about1250,000 tons, which is equivalent to reducing carbon emissions by 44 105 tons.

On the other hand, simple packaging is used, that is, by simplifying or removing the logo of brand carton layout, the reuse rate of merchant cartons by downstream logistics enterprises is improved, and the use of disposable packaging in supply chain is reduced. At present, more than 50 enterprises, including Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson and L 'Oreal, have promoted simple packaging, reducing the use of disposable cartons by more than 65,438+billion.

According to the data provided by Jingdong Logistics, as of June 65438+February 3 1 in 2020, the average utilization rate of circulation transit bags in JD.COM has exceeded 98%; By "slimming" the tape width from 53mm to 45mm, the tape usage in JD.COM will be reduced by 400 million meters in 2020; Through paperless warehouse operation and electronic paper, the paper consumption will be reduced by 6,543,800 tons in 2020.

On 20 16, JD.COM and Donggang co., ltd jointly established "JD.COM COM packaging laboratory", dedicated to the research and development and use of green logistics packaging products. The laboratory is the first experimental research and development institution based on the field of e-commerce logistics and packaging in China. In April, 20 18, the packaging laboratory was upgraded to "e-commerce logistics joint packaging innovation center", and Jingdong Logistics and gray environmental protection upstream and downstream partners jointly developed green packaging application technology to explore the green packaging ecology from the perspective of consumer demand and supply chain innovation.

By 2065438+August 2009, JD.com Logistics has signed contracts with China Packaging Research and Testing Center, Procter & Gamble China, Johnson & Johnson, Kraft Heinz, Unilever, Mengniu, Amco and other institutions and enterprises, and initiated the establishment of China e-commerce logistics industry packaging standard alliance to discuss the formulation, application and promotion of e-commerce industry packaging standards. Based on the full-link transportation environment of Jingdong Logistics, this standard records the logistics data of tens of thousands of nodes in the same city, across cities, across regions, land transportation, aviation and railways in detail, studies the damage factors of goods, and forms a packaging test standard. It is understood that the first stage of the standard has been completed, which can provide an important basis for enterprises in the upstream and downstream of the supply chain, including providing a real e-commerce logistics simulation environment for the original packaging design of the brand and reducing the test error rate of the packaging laboratory; Provide a basis for e-commerce enterprises to formulate commodity packaging standards; Provide a basis for logistics enterprises to provide packaging value-added services to avoid damage to goods caused by insufficient packaging; It provides reference for packaging enterprises to provide transportation packaging solutions that meet market demand.

In the development of black technology, Jingdong Logistics has always been in the first echelon in China, and the black technology of green packaging has also made many breakthroughs in recent years. At the beginning of 20 19, jingdong logistics launched the full-link intelligent packaging system-"jingwei", which mainly includes 18 kinds of intelligent equipment such as magnetic levitation baler, bubble film baler, pillow baler and folding film baler, so as to realize the overall planning and rational use of various packaging materials such as bubble film, folding film and carton, and form an intelligent packaging system solution integrating software and hardware. According to reports, the accuracy of consumables recommendation through "Jingwei recommendation" exceeds 96.5%, which significantly realizes the cost reduction and efficiency improvement of packaging materials.

In the process of logistics, the carbon emissions generated by trucks have always been the largest source of carbon emissions for logistics enterprises. However, due to the imperfect battery life and charging piles, the popularization of new energy vehicles in the whole region has not yet been realized. Nevertheless, Jingdong Logistics actively promotes the application of new energy vehicles within its power.

In terms of storage facilities, Jingdong Logistics vigorously promotes photovoltaic power generation. As early as 20 17, jingdong logistics took the lead in laying out the roof distributed photovoltaic power generation system in Shanghai "Asia No.1" intelligent logistics park, and officially connected to the grid for power generation in 20 18. At present, photovoltaic power generation has covered the power demand of multi-scene operations in the park, including indoor lighting, automatic sorting, automatic packaging, automatic sorting and so on. At the same time, it is the first to integrate the distributed photovoltaic power station resources with the automobile industry, explore the pilot project of "automobile+carport+charging pile+photovoltaic", and create a new model for the wide application of photovoltaic power generation in the logistics field.

"Jingdong Logistics has also completed photovoltaic power generation in the' Asia No.1' intelligent logistics park in Qingdao, Hefei, Hangzhou, Xi, Tianjin and Beijing. By the end of 20021,the total installed capacity of photovoltaic power stations will reach 200 MW, and the annual power generation will exceed1.600 million kWh. Paragraph provides such a set of data: this is equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of 50 thousand households. It is estimated that "Asia No.1" photovoltaic power generation can reduce carbon emissions by 40 kilograms per minute on average, intelligent equipment can save 2283 degrees of electricity through "black light operation", and rainwater collection system can irrigate green land 120 square meters.

"In the future, Jingdong Logistics will continue to rely on the' Liu Qing Plan', adhere to the concept of green sustainable development, and take the initiative to assume social responsibilities." Duan promised that Jingdong Logistics will join hands with more partners to contribute to the peak of carbon dioxide emission and carbon neutrality at an early date.
