What is the best material for the partition wall?
Today, what I will explain to you is the suggestion and explanatory text about the production technology of partition wall. There are many common partition walls, which can be classified in detail according to different sizes and specifications. For example, in our impression, it may be a concrete partition wall, which is relatively firm and not easy to corrode in the later stage, but it is also a good suggestion to have a common wooden partition wall or a composite partition wall. So what about the partition? Is there anything that needs extra attention during this operation?

1. What material is used for the partition wall?

At present, there are many materials used in the decoration of the partition wall, and each material can't be perfect. Consumers can only understand the characteristics of the partition wall made of each material first, and then choose what material is most suitable for their families according to these characteristics.

The simplest and earliest material used by people is red brick, and brick is the most primitive way. After the brick is built, just batch putty on it to create the same effect as other walls of the house, which is conducive to the overall aesthetic feeling of the house. The partition wall made of red brick can also make the wall stronger. Compared with ordinary materials, this red brick material also has a good sound insulation effect. However, using this kind of red brick as material will not only cost more, but also take up more room space, which will reduce the overall area of the house.

In order to save space, some homeowners choose gypsum board when choosing what material to use for the partition wall. Gypsum board is cheap and thin, but its strength is not enough and its sound insulation effect is poor. Some consumers will choose to use cement board, because it has the advantages of both red brick material and gypsum board material, and it is really widely used by people. However, this kind of production can't achieve the beautiful effect.

So now a new type of partition wall material is highly sought after by people, that is, glass partition wall. This material can be freely selected, such as tempered glass or ordinary glass, glass layers, white glass and frosted glass.

Second, how to do the glass partition wall?

1. According to the customer's plane layout requirements, draw lines on the wall and the ground, determine the installation positions of the side rails and the ground rails, and ensure that they are horizontal, flat and vertical (roof beams and ground rails) and vertical (side rails); Move the side rail to the boundary line, drill the wall directly through the hole in the groove, and knock the expansion rubber plug into the hole (as shown in figure1); (Further reading: How to deal with the glass partition when the wall is not vertical, and how to connect the glass partition with the ordinary wall)

2. Reset the side rail and lock the side rail on the wall with 5X40mm self-tapping;

3. Fasten the side sealing edge (first connected with the center pillar) on the side rail, and then reset the ground rail without connecting with the ground;

4. The corner codes of the side columns at both ends of the sliding top beam and the ground rail; Move the side cover (first connected with the center post) into position, and the lower end of the side cover is close to the end face of the ground rail;

5. Use a level to make the side sealing edge, side rail and side cover vertical, and ensure the horizontal projection of the top beam and ground rail overlap. Ensure that the horizontal plane (top beam and ground rail) is vertical (side rail, side sealing edge and side cover), and lock the top beam and ground rail (which need to be drilled with impact drill) on the ceiling and ground with 5X40mm self-tapping; The self-tapping interval of top beam, ground rail and side rail is 300mm ~ 400mm;;

6. Connect the top beam and the ground rail with the side sealing edge and the side cover through the side column angle code;

7. Put the center pillar obliquely into the groove of the top beam and the ground rail, and then pat the center pillar slowly;

8. Put the large glass cover into the ground rail groove, and the left and right gaps are stuck in the center pillar; The large glass column is attached to the middle column;

9. Put the module into the ground rail groove, put the beam and the big glass cover, and fix the horizontal and vertical short battens;

10, Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 spacer bars and modules are installed in the same cumulative manner.

The above instructions recommended to everyone are suggestions on making various partition walls, including some process steps, descriptions and precautions. It can be seen that different sizes and specifications are completely different according to the parameter analysis of materials, the choice of places, the specific cost performance and demand budget, and the corresponding manufacturing scheme and processing technology. For example, installing a concrete partition wall and choosing a more reliable concrete material should be analyzed in detail.
