2.1 Requirements
According to the actual requirements of the Fuzhou TDR inventory, the software is divided into personnel records, warehouse management, query, statistics, system functions and password management of the six functions: Personnel records module includes operator management, supplier files and customer files. Warehouse management module, including warehousing, warehousing, returns and inventory. Query system module includes inbound query, outbound query, return query. Statistical report module for inbound statistics, outbound statistics, return statistics. System setup module includes system backup, system recovery and help. Password management module includes password change, re-login and exit system.
2.2 Objectives
Development of a warehouse management system that can complete the browsing of various types of information, querying, adding, deleting, modifying and other functions. Query function is also one of the core of the system, the software has a variety of query methods, the purpose is to facilitate the use of the user. The software has complete user add, delete and password change functions.
The needs, activities and operations of people, machines and things are systematically analyzed, designed and managed to achieve modern, efficient, scientific and safe e-commerce.
2.3 Conditions, Assumptions and Constraints
The proposed minimum lifetime for the operation of the system is 6 years;
The period for comparing the options of the system is 3 months;
The proposed latest time for the software of the system to be put into use is October 2008;
The source of funding for the development of the software system is the Finance Department of Taidong, Fuzhou, Fujian. Funding;
The system is subject to a series of constraints and limitations such as hardware, software, operating environment, development environment, technology, funding, longevity, social and other factors.
