1. First of all, you need to register an account with the Electronic Taxation Bureau in official website, and you need real-name authentication.
2. If you are a self-employed person who transports goods, you need to log in as a natural person. If it is a company, you need to log in as an enterprise. Now, for example, the self-employed who transport goods need to log in as a natural person.
3. After logging in, click I want to do tax-handle matters-issue ordinary electronic invoice.
4. Click Add Invoice-Enter the information required in the interface.
5. After completing the information form, click Save-Confirm. Then go back to the main interface, check the new documents, and click Submit, Pay, Invoice and Add. Here's Pay: Pay your invoice fees, including stamp duty, urban construction tax, personal income tax and so on.
6. Reminder: The tax rates are inconsistent when invoicing different projects.
