Wu Xiaoxiao: B.S. in Business Enterprise Management from Heilongjiang Business School, M.B.A. from American Coastline Univetsity. She has been engaged in the research of enterprise financial management for a long time, and is now the director of Investment and Financing Research Department of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Research Center of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and the vice president of Council of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Research Center of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He has been appointed as a year-round management consultant for many enterprises, such as Beijing Yinganshan Science and Technology Company Limited, Qingdao Hengxing Group (a large-scale private enterprise), Qingdao Dingfanfang Catering Chain Management Company Limited, and Beijing Oriental Lichuang Enterprise Management Consultant Company Limited. He has served as the accountant of the finance department of the Malaysian branch of Esso Petroleum Company in the U.S.A., and the chief accountant of Beijing Jinding Lake Dragon Tourism Development Company Limited (wholly owned by Thailand). Since 2001, he has been focusing on the financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises, enterprise financing technology, the establishment of internal financial control system and risk prevention and other topics. He is also a special lecturer of National Galaxy Training Project.

Chan Yujin, female, with a master's degree in venture capital from Seoul National University in Korea, is now the president of Heilongjiang Daqian Environmental Protection Technology Co. She was honored as one of the top ten outstanding young green entrepreneurs in Harbin, the annual economic man of the year in Harbin in 2007, the outstanding entrepreneurial woman in China's Bohai Rim region in 2009, and the entrepreneurial standard bearer in Heilongjiang Province in 2010.
