Ice machines are often used in laboratories, medicine, chemical industry, artificial skiing and other industries. In video processing, ice cubes are cooled to prevent fermentation. In vegetable processing, the metabolism of agricultural products and the growth rate of bacteria are reduced, and the fresh-keeping period of agricultural products and vegetables is prolonged. But what are the functions of different indicator lights on our ice machine equipment?

Different indicators indicate specific functions:

1: The green light indicates that the device is powered on.

2. The yellow light is on and the water tank is short of water. 1 sec later, the equipment will automatically resume working.

3. When the red light is on, the condenser temperature is too high or the ambient temperature is too low.

4: When the red light flashes, it will be delayed for 3 minutes, which is normal.

5. The evaporator temperature with flashing red light is too high, and the evaporation temperature cannot be reduced to-1℃ after starting 10 minutes.

Common faults:

The indicator light flashes cyclically, and the ice maker can't work normally.

Fault: The deicer of the ice machine can't work normally.

Maintenance method: cut off the power supply, restart, check whether the fan and water pump work normally, then check whether the compressor starts normally, check the parts near the compressor, and if everything is normal, judge whether the refrigeration system is abnormal.
