5. Fire fighting project:
After the fire fighting project is completed, the construction unit applies, and a professional acceptance team (railway police Fire Fighting Agency) authorized by the acceptance committee will organize the acceptance in time, and it will be delivered in accordance with the relevant technical standards of the state and the Ministry of Railways.
6. Quality requirements:
When the newly-built or rebuilt project is completed and accepted, the construction unit will issue a quality guarantee to the construction unit according to the construction contract, and define the warranty scope, duration and responsibilities of the engineering facilities according to relevant regulations.
2. Before the acceptance and handover of the project, the construction unit shall provide the equipment management unit with complete and complete completion documents, records of various projects, project summaries, technical certificates of main machinery and equipment, and equipment operating instructions as the basis for equipment maintenance and use in accordance with the Measures for Acceptance and Handover of Railway Construction Projects issued by the Ministry of Railways.
3. The equipment management unit shall, according to the requirements of the acceptance committee, provide the following technical data to the competent department of the railway bureau and the user unit in advance:

The public works department shall provide the horizontal and vertical sections of the line (including hump), indicating the slope, curve and starting and ending points; Type, total length, effective length, line spacing and inspection pit location of each track rail; Number of each switch, type of switch, tip of switch, location of warning sign, and central mileage of the station (which shall be marked on site); The horizontal and vertical sections of the ramp in the direction of the pit stop within the braking distance of the pit stop signal (according to different speed classes) and the long ramp in the interval should also be presented together with the speed limit and locomotive type.
5. The public works department is responsible for the setting and maintenance of boundary markers, protective nets, overhead limit and isolation piles of safety protection zones on both sides of railway lines.
